To troubleshoot your L5 Wi-Fi water shutoff valve, follow these steps below:

Locate where your L5 Leak Protection valve is installed.

Use the Lever to reach the desired valve status (open or closed).

We recommend you manually turn the valve to open and close a few times to ensure it’s opening smoothly.

Make sure you have the maintenance cycle set to run at least once a month. This can be found in the settings icon on the valve screen.
