On the Brilliant Command Center, when a Brilliant Control in a Unit has not been responsive in over 30 minutes, the Device card for that Control will show a status of OFFLINE in red (see below).
Brilliant Command Center will continue to attempt to connect to the Brilliant Control, but the property manager on-site may need to access the unit to reconnect the Brilliant Control
Steps to Reconnect the Brilliant Control to remove the Offline Status:

2. The device has disconnected from Wifi, please see our support article to Troubleshoot Wifi Connection Issues

The second is when all of the Brilliant Controls in the Unit are Offline and the Brilliant Control will not be able to tell the Brilliant Command Center which of the third-party devices are offline.
