If you receive a notification on the Brilliant that your Wi-Fi chip has failed to start, please follow these steps.
- Slowly slide the Brilliant faceplate up until is it disconnected from the Brilliant Base.
- Reattach the faceplate to the Brilliant Base by sliding it back down until you hear a 'click'.
