Wi-Fi chip failed to start

If you receive a notification on the Brilliant that your Wi-Fi chip has failed to start, please follow these steps.


  1. Slowly slide the Brilliant faceplate up until is it disconnected from the Brilliant Base.
  2. Reattach the faceplate to the Brilliant Base by sliding it back down until you hear a 'click'. 
  3. If this message re-appears, please contact support@brilliant.tech or chat with an agent online.
