Removing and re-attaching the Faceplate

If you are in a scenario where you are asked to remove and re-attach your faceplate, please follow the below steps:

1. Remove the faceplate by sliding the faceplate up and applying pressure to the bottom part of the plate.
2. Confirm the Faceplate is off and the light button on the base works.
3. Follow the instructions here to re-attach.
