How to get access to ProView:
- You must be an active Pro Dealer, you can sign up to become a Pro Dealer here
- Send an email to proview@brilliant.tech for your access and request additional team member access by including their names and email addresses
- Once approved, You will receive a separate email from support@brilliant.tech inviting you to join your ProView Organization
- You will be able to login to http://admin.brilliant.tech to view ProView moving forward <--- Save this to your bookmarks!
How to add your Clients' Homes to ProView:
In the Mobile app, go to Settings > Home and Device Settings > Household Members > Invite > Invite your ProView email to the home> ProView admin's email must accept the invitation
Additional Notes about adding homes to ProView:
- All new homes that are created by a ProView Admin account email in either the Mobile app or on Brilliant ProView will be visible in Brilliant ProView, unless the client removes all Brilliant ProView admins from their home in the mobile app.
- For existing homes to be added to Brilliant ProView, the homeowner can invite any of the company's ProView Admin emails to join their home. Once invited, all ProView Admin will be able to view the existing home in ProView mobile and website.
- If you have another Brilliant email account you are using, you can simply invite this email to join Brilliant ProView.
- To transfer a home to a client, you only need to invite the client's personal email as a member of the home. You can read more about home owner transferring here
How to add additional company administrators to ProView:
After logging into Brilliant ProView and selecting your Organization (Company)'s name.
Under Settings > Click Admins
Here you can easily Invite new members of you organization and Remove them, by clicking the trash icon, from your organization when they no longer need access.
NOTE: All ProView Admins will be able to view all homes that all they have been invited to join.
The ProView Admin email addresses will appear as members of the client's household, but will not be able to view cameras or update privacy settings on behalf of the client.
How to view homes in your ProView Organization:
- Select your organization (company)'s name
- Select Homes
- View all homes that your ProView organization has been invited to
How to view home device details:
- Click on the Home Name
- Scroll down to see the Brilliant Devices and Integrations
- To view more details about Brilliant Controls and third party integration devices, click on its name
Set Offline Alert Preferences
You can edit your organization's alert settings by:
- Selecting your Organization (company) name
- Clicking Settings > Alert Preferences
- You will be able to select how your organization will receive alerts
