Why are there no Brilliant devices on my Mobile App?

If you have not set up any Brilliant devices in your home yet please view Setting Brilliant for the first time. If you are in the Mobile App and find yourself in a situation where you do not see any options available in any of your tabs, this means that there are No Brilliant Controls associated with the home you have joined. 

You now have two options:

  1. Join another Home: Link your Mobile Device to the new home you have setup for your Brililant devices.
  2. Reset All Settings on your Control: If your control has been linked to another home and you want it to be part of the current home you are on, you will need to "Reset All Settings" by going into Advanced Settings.
