Is there a time limit on refunds?
- If you want to return the Product you purchased from the Store for a refund, you must notify us no later than 30 days following the date of purchase (the "Cancellation Period"). A restocking fee of 15% will apply. The Product is not eligible for a refund after the 30-day period.
How long is your warranty period?
- Our warranty period lasts 1 year from the original purchase date. You can exchange either the faceplate or the base for a replacement within this 1 year time frame.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
- You can use our chat feature on our website or email our customer support team to request a refund or warranty exchange.
- Please have your original order number and the email address associated with the order ready
Can you find my order via the device's serial #?
- Yes, we track all serial #s and their associated orders. If needed, we can find your order # via the device's serial #.
