What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Brilliant ships to any address within the U.S., U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands), Canada, and any APO/FPO/DPO address. You must select FedEx SmartPost for shipment to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. FedEx Ground or Express shipments cannot be delivered to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For all orders shipped via FedEx, except SmartPost, we require a signature upon delivery to prevent porch theft. This is to help protect your purchase and avoid the hassle of an investigation into any package theft. SmartPost can only be used for orders <$500.

Once you place an online order on the Brilliant store, you have a short time to cancel or make changes on the order details page. This is because we send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.
If enough time has passed and your order can’t be canceled or changed online, you’ll need to contact Brilliant support to change your order.

Please note that we do NOT ship the same day the order is placed.
- For any order placed before 5 PM Pacific, the order should ship out the next business day. Ex. If an order is placed on Monday before 5PM Pacific, it should ship out on Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 5 PM Pacific should ship out 2 business days after. Ex. If an order is placed on Monday after 5PM Pacific, it should ship out on Wednesday.
Packages will not be in transit during the weekend.
- For example, if an order is placed on Thursday before 5 PM with Overnight shipping, it will ship out on Friday, and arrive the next business day, which would be Monday. Please refer to the chart above to calculate your estimated package arrival.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Yes! We ship to Canada and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).
Please note that for international shipping, Brilliant is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (i.e., duty, tariffs, taxes, etc.). imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. FedEx may require a credit card for payment of any duty, tariff or taxes owed in order to release shipment.
