If your Brilliant Switch and Plug are showing up as offline, we recommend the following:
- Was your Brilliant Switch or Plug being updated? If so, it may be in the process of finishing the update process. Learn more about the mesh network update process here.
- How long has your device been offline? If it has been longer than a day, we recommend you take out the safety disconnect and reattach in order to restart the switch and have it reconnect to your Brilliant Smart Home System.
