This integration currently requires an active Total Connect 2.0 account. Live view of Total Connect 2.0 cameras can be accessed through the Brilliant Control and the Brilliant mobile app.
Access through the Security icon or the Security shortcut
On the Home Screen, tap the Security icon or the Security shortcut and tap “View Cameras“.
Access through the Camera shortcut
On the Home Scree, tap the Cameras shortcut.
NOTE: If you do not see Cameras as a shortcut, you can visit the support article How to customize the Home Screen.
Access through the Rooms icon
On the Home Screen, tap the Rooms icon and tap the room of your Security cameras.
The Control says “Could not load video from Total Connect 2.0“. What do I do?
First, please make sure your privacy mode is Off for your camera within the TC 2.0 mobile app. If the issues persists, there could be a connection error. Please try leaving the page and reload. Contact our Customer Support team if you have any more questions.
