You can delete your Brilliant account from the Brilliant mobile application by following the steps below.
If you are logged in to a home through your Brilliant mobile app:
- Tap the Settings button in the top left corner of the home dashboard.
- Tap My Profile.
- Tap Delete Account under Advanced Settings.
- Follow the steps on the proceeding screens, which will include a verification and confirmation.
If you are not logged in to a home on your Brilliant mobile app:
- Open your Brilliant Mobile app.
- Select a profile with the same email address of the relevant Brilliant account. If this profile does not exist in your Brilliant mobile app, create it by tapping Create New Profile.
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the My Homes screen.
- Tap Delete Account under Advanced Settings.
- Follow the steps on the proceeding screens, which will include a verification and confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot confirm deletion of your Brilliant account if one or more homes still exist for your Brilliant account. For more information see Why can’t I delete my Brilliant account after tapping “Delete Account”?
