How do I delete my Brilliant account?

You can delete your Brilliant account from the Brilliant mobile application by following the steps below.

If you are logged in to a home through  your Brilliant mobile app:

  1. Tap the Settings button in the top left corner of the home dashboard.
  2. Tap My Profile.  
  3. Tap Delete Account under Advanced Settings.
  4. Follow the steps on the proceeding screens, which will include a verification and confirmation.

If you are not logged in to a home on your Brilliant mobile app:

  1. Open your Brilliant Mobile app.
  2. Select a profile with the same email address of the relevant Brilliant account.  If this profile does not exist in your Brilliant mobile app, create it by tapping Create New Profile.
  3. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the My Homes screen.
  4. Tap Delete Account under Advanced Settings.
  5. Follow the steps on the proceeding screens, which will include a verification and confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot confirm deletion of your Brilliant account if one or more homes still exist for your Brilliant account.  For more information see Why can’t I delete my Brilliant account after tapping “Delete Account”?
