Why can’t I delete my Brilliant account after tapping “Delete Account”?

Before your Brilliant account can be deleted, you must first delete all homes that were created for your Brilliant account.  This can be done by following the steps below outlined here.


PLEASE NOTE:  You cannot delete any homes connected to your user account that are managed by a property manager.  If your Brilliant Account is connected to any managed homes, you will not need to delete these homes before deleting your Brilliant account.
