How to connect your Resideo Total Connect 2.0 System to Brilliant

This is available as of release v22.01.19

Brilliant currently supports arming and disarming your Total Connect 2.0 Security System in 3 modes: Arm Home, Arm Away and Disarm on the ProSeries Panel. We also support Resideo Z-Wave lights, switches, plugs and locks as well as live view of C0, C1 and C2 cameras at this time.

Setting up Total Connect 2.0 Security System

Before you begin set up, make sure your Total Connect 2.0 devices and Brilliant Control are connected to Wi-Fi.

 

Note: Total Connect 2.0 can only be integrated through the Brilliant Control at this time

  1. Tap "Add Device" tab on the bottom of Home Screen. 

  2. Tap "Total Connect 2.0".

  3. Tap “Continue“ to receive a link in your Brilliant home email.

  4. Click on the link and log into your Total Connect 2.0 account on the webpage.

  5. Select the devices you wish to connect with Brilliant and select “Automation“ if you would like to integrate Z-Wave devices. Click “Connect“.

  6. Once the authorization is successful, return to the Brilliant Control to tap “Continue“.

  7. Tap all the Total Connect 2.0 devices you would like to add to the Brilliant home.

  8. Select the rooms that you would like to add each device to.

  9. For each Total Connect 2.0 Security System added, you will be asked to select the Control(s) you’d like as part of the Daily Experience*. This is to set up your Security widget as shown below.

Additional Options and Troubleshooting for your Total Connect 2.0 device on Brilliant

  • Please visit Advanced Settings for your device to remove or reset your Total Connect 2.0 configuration on your Brilliant. 

  • If you have issues with your entire Total Connect 2.0 Integration, please try resetting the entire integration and re-adding your devices to your Brilliant.
